The Roof, The Roof, The Roof Is On Fire
How could anyone pass up this rooftop advertisement? When you look to the left, the arrow points to a door, next to a parking garage. So a bit strange at first glance however, seven or eight flights up the stairwell and you've made it to the top.

The Shark Walls
What these walls are there for, I believe are to block headlights at night. You see, to the right of where I am standing is a roundabout. So as cars are coming around the bend, it seams like the headlights would shine into the traffic. Perhaps I am wrong, but I don't see any other reason why these walls would have been put in place. Street art?

Old University Avenue
I took this photo a few years ago. I'd forgotten I had taken it actually. Currently, they are building a train right down the middle of the road. I've heard it's a mess and haven't seen it personally. So, finding this photo was a surprise because I wish I had taken one, but here it was in my archives all along.

Looking Through The Bars
The decorative fencing, which separates the east bound traffic from the west gives a unique view of south bound 7th Street. I took this one while I was stopped for a red light on 7th Street and Wabasha in downtown St Paul. The fencing also doubles as crowd control while people in the Xcel Energy Center leave the building. The fencing forces those walking to their vehicles to cross at the street corners.
