Night Vision Goggles

I had my night vision goggles on while taking this photo in downtown St Paul at Rice Park of the Landmark Center. With the cloud cover and all of the lights of downtown, the sky and the odd color to it for the photo.

That's a great location isn't it? I was having fun shooting there earlier and was amazed by how bright the sky was from all the city lights. I actually desaturated the image because the color was so unreasonable. Good Job!

Thanks all.

Match, this location is outstanding at night. I can't wait until the Winter Carnival starts up with the ice sculptures that will be in the park.

As for the shot, I was very underdressed for the night. I had just come from the Ordway Theater and was heading to my vehicle. I was getting cold fast and only took two shots. The colors for this one turned out really strange to me. Landmark center isn't that well lit up to the eye, but on camera, it's glowing from all of the lights and giving strange colors.
