One More Tilt Shift Photo
One more of the 'Tilt-Shift' technique photos I mentioned in yesterday's post. Photo was taken on 35W, heading north into downtown Minneapolis.

Cool picture. Something about it reminds me of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood.
The bus on the left looks like it is a double ended bus. Cool affect, I've tried this, but is quite difficult in Photoshop Elements. I am curious how you create your tilt-shift photos.
