Mississippi River Fishing

I caught this group of boys fishing in the Mississippi River while I was in Inver Grove Heights. I made a visit to the construction site of the Wakota Bridge. It was quite a colorful photo shoot as this picture shows. A lot of the colorful things in the photo, a urinal, a power generator, waters reflection, rusty iron, plus some green. I really didn't notice all of the color until I was digitally processing the photos.

Fishing. Who would have thought it was warm enough. Well, it is getting warmer here but not many kids or people are walking around with fishing poles yet. I think they are still stuck on getting off of work or out of school for the summer and can't remember what they should be doing having fun.

I really like the orange thing. A motor of some sort?

Funny, I couldn’t find the Urinal and Generator, I looked and looked, then I read Abrahams comment and I found them both rite away. What a cool area, I went down on Tuesday and visited some of the rail bridges in the area and the park by Bryant and Concord. I got some nice bird shots and walked about ten miles on a very hot day, wished I brought my bike!
