When Pucks Fly

Watch for flying pucks? I didn't know pucks could fly....hahaha! Thank you, thank you. I'll be here all week.

A little bit different type of photo today. I took this one while sitting at a Park of Cottage Grove Wolfpack hockey game versus Mounds View. From my seat, I kept looking at the warning, but saw the flag in the background. While looking at it through my cameras viewfinder, I really liked the looks of the shot.

It has been over 10 years since I have been to a hockey game. I love the picture.

Well, you know,we Australians are prone to the odd over-use of a word very similar to Puck, but the P is an F. But in inventive ways. And one very common expression when you don;t give a damn about something is to say "I don;t give a flying Puck" (substitute F for P)

Also a really funny TV show last year about dysfunctional kids in a suburban high school had one character INSIST when caught by his teacher swearing that he had said "Puck"..."Puck, you, Miss!" It became a bot popular for a while.

So your post had me laughing.
