The Milwaukee Road train depot sat vacant for 30 years in downtown Minneapolis. It's been recently renovated and is now used for housing, a hotel, a public ice arena and a few shops. The original clock tower is once again functional and the entire complex is preserved for years to come.
Halleluyah!!! Smart city didn't tear it down and put up a box.
Keeps part of the uniqueness alive for the downtown area.
