As you drive down Smith Avenue on the 'West Side' neighborhood, you'll see the Capitol building in St Paul almost the entire drive. I'm not sure if the city planners intensionally did this or if it was just by chance. It has always been a scenic road to drive down.

It IS an absolutely beautiful view. I used to see it so often that I took it for granted, the Twin Cities are truly such scenic urban and subarban areas. Thanks for posting it! :)
